Warranty and Refund
Last Revision: March 18, 2026
Section 1: Technical Structural Guarantee (Warranty)
Titanium EDC provides a limited structural guarantee on all precision-milled instruments. Due to the high-tensile nature of Grade 5 (TC4) and Grade 1 (TA1) Titanium, our hardware is engineered for extreme environmental stability.
- Structural Integrity: We warrant that all instruments are free from material defects and structural fatigue at the time of displacement.
- Exclusions: This warranty does not cover surface oxidation, aesthetic “patina” resulting from field use, or mechanical failure due to deployment beyond the tool’s calibrated torque limits.
- Resolution: In the event of a verified structural failure, the Seller will provide a direct replacement of the specific technical component or a modular repair, provided the instrument has not been modified by a third party.
Section 2: Technical Inspection Period (Refunds)
We provide a 14-day Technical Inspection Period commencing from the date of documented delivery. This period allows the Client to verify the architectural tolerances and material specifications of the acquired hardware.
2.1 Eligibility for Refund
To qualify for a financial credit, the following industrial standards must be met:
- The instrument must be in its Original Displacement State (unused, uncarried, and without surface abrasions).
- All modular packaging, technical inserts, and secondary components must be included.
- The request for a Technical Audit (Return) must be initiated via the official communication channel within the 14-day window.
2.2 Non-Refundable Items
Custom-calibrated hardware, limited-edition “Prototype” runs, or instruments that show signs of field deployment are exempt from the standard refund protocol.
Section 3: Return Logistics and Displacement
Return displacement is the exclusive responsibility of the Client. We recommend the use of a trackable, insured industrial carrier, as Titanium EDC is not liable for hardware lost or damaged during return transit. Title to the goods remains with the Client until the hardware is successfully received at our Bucharest studio.
Section 4: Transactional Reconciliation
Upon receipt, all returned hardware undergoes a Technical Audit to ensure structural compliance.
- Approval: If the audit is successful, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
- Processing Time: Due to banking system protocols, credits typically manifest on the Client’s statement within 7-10 business days.
- Statement Note: As per our Terms of Service, the refund will be reconciled against the original identifier: TITANIUM EDC: [PRODUCT SKU].
Section 5: Contact for Technical Claims
All warranty claims and return authorizations must be directed to our administrative headquarters:
