Shipping and Displacement
Last Revision: March 18, 2026
Section 1: Logistics and Geographic Scope
Titanium EDC specializes in the high-precision displacement of titanium instruments to professional users globally. Our primary logistics framework is optimized for the following regions:
- North America: United States and Canada.
- Europe: European Union (EU) and United Kingdom.
- International: Selected global territories via express industrial carriers.
Section 2: Processing and Calibration Time
All orders undergo a technical verification process prior to dispatch. Once a transaction is cleared, the displacement process begins:
- Standard Processing: 2–4 business days (Excluding weekends and Romanian public holidays).
- Technical Inspection: Each instrument is inspected for CNC structural integrity before being sealed in modular packaging.
Section 3: Displacement Methods and Tracking
To ensure the secure arrival of high-performance hardware, we utilize only trackable, registered carriers.
Upon displacement from our Bucharest studio, the Client will receive a Technical Displacement Notification containing a unique tracking identifier. It is the Client’s responsibility to monitor the progress of the shipment via the carrier’s digital interface.
Section 4: Transit Durations (Estimates)
While external logistical variables may shift, typical displacement windows are as follows:
- European Union: 5–9 business days.
- United States: 10–16 business days.
- Rest of World: 14–21 business days.
Section 5: Title Transfer and Risk of Loss
In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, the title to the hardware and the risk of loss or damage transfer to the Client at the moment of displacement to the carrier. Titanium EDC is not liable for delays, lost shipments, or hardware intercepted by logistical providers once it has exited our studio.
Section 6: Customs, Duties, and Regional Taxes
For shipments outside of the European Union (including the USA), the Client is the “Importer of Record.”
- The Client is solely responsible for all local import duties, VAT, or technical customs fees.
- Titanium EDC cannot predict or pre-pay these fees.
- Failure to clear hardware through local customs will result in the forfeiture of shipping costs and may incur additional return-to-sender fees.
Section 7: Displacement Address Accuracy
The Client must provide a high-precision delivery address. We cannot displace hardware to P.O. Boxes or unsecured drop-points. Any hardware returned due to an “Insufficient Address” will be subject to a secondary displacement fee.
Section 8: Studio Logistics Hub
All logistical operations originate from our central studio:
