This Privacy Protocol governs the processing of personal data by Titanium EDC, an individual merchant entity. We are committed to the secure displacement and protection of Client information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and international data privacy standards.

Section 2: Data Collection and Technical Necessity
We collect only the minimum data required to execute the commercial engagement and logistical displacement of our instruments:
- Identity Data: Full name and professional affiliation (optional).
- Contact Data: Email address for technical notifications and order confirmation.
- Logistics Data: Physical displacement address for hardware delivery.
- Financial Data: Transactional records. Note: All credit card data is processed directly by Stripe via an encrypted interface; Titanium EDC does not store or have access to raw card numbers.
Section 3: Purpose of Processing
Data is processed strictly for the following industrial functions:
- Verification of the financial transaction.
- Execution of the Technical Displacement Protocol (Shipping).
- Provision of the 14-day Technical Inspection Period and Warranty support.
- Compliance with Romanian fiscal and accounting regulations.
Section 4: Third-Party Data Displacement
To maintain the structural integrity of our operations, data is shared only with essential technical partners:
- Payment Infrastructure: Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant processing).
- Logistics Providers: International carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, or regional postal services) for physical hardware delivery.
- Regulatory Bodies: Fiscal authorities as required by Romanian law.
Section 5: Data Retention and Archival
Personal data associated with a transaction is retained for the duration required to satisfy warranty obligations and statutory fiscal requirements in Romania. Following this period, data is securely purged from our technical systems.
Section 6: Client Rights (GDPR)
Under the GDPR framework, Clients residing in the European Economic Area (EEA) possess specific rights, including the right to access, rectify, or request the erasure of their personal data. All such requests should be directed to our Bucharest studio address.
Section 7: Transactional Identifiers and Security
As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, we utilize the TITANIUM EDC: [PRODUCT SKU] identifier on bank statements. This is a security measure designed to provide clear transactional transparency and reduce the risk of unauthorized data use or unrecognized charges.
