Section 1: Scope of Agreement and Merchant Identity
These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding contract between Titanium EDC, operated by an individual merchant (hereinafter “the Seller”), and the individual or entity accessing this storefront (hereinafter “the Client”). By accessing titaniumedc.store and finalizing a commercial engagement, the Client agrees to be bound by these provisions under the jurisdiction of Romanian law.

Section 2: Technical Specifications and Product Integrity
The Seller specializes in the displacement of high-performance architectural instruments and precision components. All catalog items are CNC-milled from aerospace-grade Titanium alloys (specifically Grade 5/TC4 or Grade 1/TA1). The Client acknowledges that industrial finishes may exhibit micro-variations inherent to the CNC machining process. Such variations do not constitute structural failure or deviation from technical tolerances.
Section 3: Transactional Clearance and Financial Identifiers
Payment processing is executed via secure, PCI-DSS compliant gateways. To ensure absolute transparency and prevent recognition errors within the banking system, the Seller utilizes a Technical Identifier Protocol for all statement descriptors.
The Client’s bank statement will reflect the transaction as: TITANIUM EDC (e.g., TITANIUM EDC: Ti-185A). Acceptance of these terms constitutes the Client’s acknowledgment of this specific billing format to prevent unauthorized dispute filings.
Section 4: Logistics, Displacement, and Title Transfer
Logistical operations are targeted toward the United States and Europe. All instruments are dispatched via trackable industrial carriers. Title to the hardware and the risk of loss or damage transfer to the Client upon the successful displacement of the goods to the carrier. The Client is solely responsible for any regional import duties, taxes, or technical customs clearances at the destination territory.
Section 5: Technical Inspection and Refund Protocol
The Seller provides a mandatory 14-Day Technical Inspection Period commencing upon documented delivery.
- Instruments must remain in their original, unused, and modular state.
- Return logistics and associated costs are the exclusive responsibility of the Client.
- Following a successful technical audit of the returned hardware, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Section 6: Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Titanium EDC and its operator shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the deployment or misuse of these instruments. The Client assumes all operational risk associated with the use of high-tensile titanium hardware in field or studio environments.
Section 7: Severability and Governing Law
Should any provision of this Agreement be deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
